The pandemic changed how we worked—digital communication and collaboration were more important than ever. Our agency worked to reposition how Teams showed up on social. To better relate to workers who were suddenly adapting to the new office—their homes.
We launched Teams on Instagram in April 2021 and continued to create content that educated, entertained, and engaged. I’ve worked on messaging and positioning frameworks (not shown for NDA), scripted videos, and more.
